Hi All,
I'm honored to announce, that i will be teaching an open Vinyasa Flow Yoga class for Parkinsons UK.
The class is an internal fundraiser but i have been given permission to also invite you all.
When & Where: 31st August 2011 @ 5:30pm, Parkinson's UK Head office (www.parkinsons.org)
This is a great opportunity to raise money for this fantastic charity and to practice some uplifting vinyasa flow yoga! More details on what to expect on my Yoga Classes tab.
